Privacy Policy

Overview. Smart Document Scanner (AI) (“the App”) enables scanning, AI-assisted analysis, and export to user-selected cloud storage providers. We design for privacy-first usage.
Data we process. Document images/PDFs you capture; AI analysis prompts and outputs; basic app telemetry (crash logs, performance). You can disable analytics in-app.
Where data goes. By default, documents are uploaded directly to your chosen cloud (OneDrive/Dropbox/Google Drive/iCloud). If you enable AI analysis, temporary processing occurs on secure servers and is discarded after completion.
Retention. We do not permanently store your documents. Temporary AI processing artifacts are deleted automatically after the job completes.
Security. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We follow industry best practices for key and access control.
Your choices. You can export or delete locally stored data at any time and disable AI features.

Terms of Use
Use of the App is provided “as is.” You are responsible for complying with the terms of your cloud storage providers and ensuring you have rights to process uploaded content.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Features may change with updates. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
These terms are governed by applicable law in your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
